Ocean City Beach Week Sept 14-21
Location: Castle in the Sand Hotel, Waverly Castle Building 3701 Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD
Join us for this return off season trip to the beach at the Castle in the Sand. The hotel is located at 37th Street on the beach. The property includes an onsite restaurant, Coconuts Beach bar**, Olympic size pool, on site parking. This hotel does provide food & beverage service on the beach. Note: Only drinks purchased at Coconuts are allowed on the beach.
Beach Party: 3pm on Saturday. Party food and drinks(beer, wine, soda) will be provided
Here are the FOUR options & prices for the week : Each efficiency has ocean views, with two queen beds, pull out sofa, a small kitchen area and balcony. We have efficiencies in the Fagowee block: 10 on the 1st floor & several on upper floors.
Full Week: Mon, Sept 14-Mon, Sept 21: $1352.96 per efficiency, tax included.
Weekend Only: Fri, Sept 18-Sun, Sept 20: $652.96 per efficiency, tax included.
Extended Weekend: Fri, Sept 18-Mon, Sept 21: $775.04 per efficiency, tax included.
Weekdays only: Mon, Sept 14-Fri, Sept 18: $577.92 per efficiency, tax included.
FAGOWEE PARTY FEE: $25 PER PERSON(MEMBERS) FAGOWEE PARTY FEE: $35 PER PERSON(NON MEMBERS)
Prices are per efficiency and reservations must be made directly with the hotel against the Fagowee Room block. Reservations must be made by Aug 22,2026. There is no extra charge for roommates. You will be asked to provide a deposit equal to the first night's rate. Balance due upon check-in. Be sure you tell them you are part of the Fagowee room block and make sure your room is on the 3rd or 4th Floor or if you want an ocean view, Sand Dune Patio view on the 1st floor.
Cancellation: Full refund up to two weeks prior to arrival.
